Wayne

Wayne is a Director of the Group with his wife Louise. He graduated from the British School of Osteopathy, London in 1985. He was a clinical tutor there for two years as well as an associate in a busy osteopathic clinic in Epsom, Surrey. In 1987 he and his wife, migrated to Australia where Wayne took up a teaching position at the Phillip Institute of Technology, Melbourne. Since then Wayne has worked in several multi-disciplinary clinics and has been a clinical tutor and lecturer at Victoria University of Technology, Melbourne.

As well as working as an osteopath Wayne is also an acupuncturist. He completed a Masters degree in acupuncture from RMIT University in 2001. As part of his Masters Degree Wayne completed a thesis about the Acupuncture treatment of Insomnia. Wayne is particularly interested in the osteopathic treatment of sports injuries. He has also worked with elite athletes in many different sports including Rugby League, Soccer, Golf, Cycling, Australian Rules football and Athletics.

Wayne is the osteopath to Don Elgin-Paralympian. He has treated Don since 1999 and was part of the team that helped Don on his way to the Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 Paralympic Games.
